Purpose of the Position:

The Customer Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring our clients are putting forward the best end user experience possible, that all services 
meet industry best practices, and to resolve any end user questions or issues. This role is internally focused, working with gateway partners, and 
also has a large element of customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

          • Responding to cellular phone user enquiries by phone and e-mail during business hours
          • Mobile application testing and certification
          • Program auditing
          • Client issue escalation and resolution
          • Application and systems support (occasional on-call duty during off hours)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
          • 1+ years of experience in customer service
          • Experience in mobile technology or telecommunications a definite asset
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
          • Passion for mobile technologies
          • University degree or college diploma in business marketing preferred
          • Technical aptitude, and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
          • Some on-line knowledge (SEO or internet marketing) would be an asset
          • Working knowledge of MS Office software
          • Self motivated, outgoing, and energetic
